Greetings team, welcome to my blog, since I started my biscuit venture, most of my customers would say, where is the biscuit eating monster and I would say it would be my husband and daughters who eat my biscuits, but they would refer to one of the very famous puppets from the children's educational show Sesame Street. This monster is very famous in the world of biscuits, a lot of branding has been done around him, being the image of many biscuits for sale. This cookie-eating monster is characterised by dark blue hair, a huge mouth with no teeth, big, bulging eyes that attract children's attention and an unstoppable appetite for biscuits, and his well-known phrase:
Me want biscuit, and Me eat biscuit!
He is an icon in many countries, resulting in the creation of a chocolate chip monster cookie in his honour

Today is the turn of monster cookies at mvs_cookies, so we are not left out of the monster cookie icon in many countries.These chocolate chip cookies are different from the others as they look like big biscuits, very soft, delicious and very easy to make.

How we prepare these monster cookies ???
Ingredients
- 225 g white sugar
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 200 grs Leavening flour
- 225 grs Butter
- 80 grs. chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
In a bowl place the butter, white sugar, and mix with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the eggs and beat at high speed. Add the cinnamon, baking soda and salt, to add the wheat flour and baking powder we pass it through a sieve to ensure a good mix and beat the mixture with a paddle, so as not to overmix it, this way of mixing will ensure crispy biscuits, cover the mixture with plastic wrap, and take it to the refrigerator for 1 hour. In a flat baking tin, place baking paper, make small balls of dough of approximately 50 grams for our monster cookies and bake them at a temperature of 275 ºC. The baking time of the biscuits is approximately 15 minutes, or until you see the golden edges, although they feel loose they harden when cooled. Before they are completely cooled we can add more chocolate sprinkles, in different colours, and decorate them as we like.
