As I have reported in my previous post, my activities as a businessman in the digital world (online shop). After a few days of opening a pre-order for a cellphone case. I waited for the case product to arrive from the manufacturer's shipment and in the end the product arrived to me. My products are sent via JNT and JNE shipments by the distributor manufacturer where I subscribe to the cellphone case.

Cellphone cases with imported quality, affordable prices for consumers and resellers. Incidentally, yesterday's orders for cellphone cases amounted to 15 packs from consumers from different regions. Some of them have decided to pay cash on delivery (COD). While some of them make payments via interbank transfers (for product orders that will be sent via POS).

After my order arrived and it arrived in good condition and the packaging was still labeled. I immediately opened it and checked the order according to the data I had recorded in the digital book. This is to ensure that the product is not missing or damaged. This is to keep the quality of the cellphone cases that I sell good and good so that consumers are satisfied with their orders.

The conditions of the cellphone cases are all safe and in good condition because the packaging is also equipped with bubble wrap to protect the product during delivery. Then after that, I started to inform my customers via WhatsApp to inform them that their order had arrived and to ask what kind of payment, whether cash on delivery or transfer. The cash on delivery system is usually used by consumers who are in an area not far from where I live.

On the other hand, the transfer system is preferred by consumers who are outside the region. Because they think it's easier for them. So they don't have to go all the way to where I pick up their order and make payment. By choosing a transfer system they just have to wait at home, their order will be delivered via POS, JNT, or JNE.

The type of delivery itself depends on the demand of consumers, they want their orders to be sent via what type of delivery. On the same day, there were six cellphone cases that my customers wanted cash on delivery to come from Syamtalira Aron - North Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Keude Geudong and Tanah Pasir. Two people do cash on delivery at the same place, namely on campus because they are friends from the same major in a different study program from me. Two more people chose their respective places, one of them ordered three cellphone cases at once.

Why do I prefer to do a pre order system. Because this is so that consumers can also save in advance to be able to make payments for their orders. This also makes it easier for consumers to shop and can also teach consumers how to save. A few days ago I received news from one of my customers who was in the IDI CUT area of ​​East Aceh.

The consumer said that the order was sent to its place and chose to make a transfer payment. After the proof of a successful transfer is sent by the consumer, I first check it on my balance data whether it has been entered correctly or not. This is so that I will not be deceived by the proof of transfer editing mode and this can also see someone's honesty and our trust in consumers.

That night I immediately did the packing using a small medium size cardboard box that was the same size as the case. The case is protected using a plastic bandage to maintain its quality. I also use duct tape to seal the box properly so that the product delivery journey remains safe and undamaged. Then on the box I wrote the name and address of the recipient using a small white paper.

My order was sent via POS delivery service according to consumer demand. The price for postage services is 10 thousand Rupiah from Geudong, North Aceh to IDI CUT, East Aceh. The shipping journey usually takes approximately 1 to 2 working days. After I sent my product, I was just waiting to hear from my consumers whether the order was well received and waiting for the results of their testimonials.
