Now for painting we spend approximately 4 to 5 paint cans, because we paint twice, so for the basic color we use white, because this color fits perfectly with the second color, for example, if the customer orders red, blue, yellow, black, mangosteen color after finishing we paint the base color, namely white, then we paint the second color for example red, so this red color will be shiny and also looks very smooth.
Now for painting we also use machines, so if we use machines, the paint is not wasted, but everything will be integrated with the motif of this door.
What's the difference between paint using a machine and using a paint brush?
Now for painting, use a special machine for large items such as shop doors, canopies, and fences, besides that if we use a machine the items we paint will look nice and neat.
For the types of items that we paint using paint brushes, such as trallis, door rails and tables, because some of the items I mentioned earlier have small size iron, so if we use a machine the paint will be wasted, or spend a lot of paint, other than that For this item, we only need to paint it once.

Now you can see from some of the photos above when we paint white or basic colors the paint is already shiny, so it's very suitable to add a second color paint, here we wait one to two days for the base color paint so that the paint is ready. solid with the new iron we do the second paint.
