Hello everyone I hope you are well today I am back with a new business Diary. before through my diary let me a Very Special wish.

After fasting for a month, may Allah give us blessings
and accept all the good deeds we did. Eid Mubarak 2022
So Now let's start our business diary last night I went to food street with one of my friends @karimshah and 1saw there a person selling sugarcane juice but his startup impressed me a lot and then I think to write a diary about his business.
About the owner:
As you can see in the picture this person is about 40 years old and he is doing this business for the last 16 years. He has a lot of experience in this business I think he is the mastermind of this business but still, he is facing some problems in his business I will also explain it below and I also give him some suggestions which may solve his problem.
About the Business:
so as I also mention above this is a Sugarcane juice business so l ask this person how much he invests in this business he answered
- I buy a sugarcane machine for 1.5 lack Pakistani rupees (which is about 2027 STEEM)
- And with vehicles, the total investment in this business is about 5.5 Lack Pakistani rupees (7432 STEEM)
I know this is a huge investment but this is only a one-time investment it's never gone anywhere if anybody is not feeling well in this business they can sell it all these again. the machine and vehicle are a type of asset in your business.
Profit per day & per month:
I asked him how much he can earn per day from this business?
Answer:
- he answered about 1500 per day (20 STEEM)
- And monthly he is earing about 45000 Pakistani Ruppess (608)
Barriers in this business:
He told me here in Peshawar that PDA (Peshawar development authority) is not allowing this type of business in the street of Peshawar this is actually illegal in the street of Peshawar. whenever PDA catch him in the street of Peshawar they give him a very big fine which really a big amount some of it's equal to his one-day earnings for that reason this person was so depressed so then I give him some solution.
My Opinion on the business:
In my opinion, this has a solution.
The PDA is not allowing him because this type of moveable business is not paying any sell Taxes and any other Governament charges. so that's why whenever the PDA catch him they take a fine from him.
Solution: This person will write an application to PDA and tell them he will ready to pay all the applicable TAXES and other charges to the government just allow him with some Role and regulation. on that why his problem will solve.
Which area is Good for this Business:
every public place is good for this business, especially FOOD STREET IS good for this type of business.
My Recommendation:
actually, the juice was prepared in a very organic way in front customer and looked very fresh without adding any color or any other channels. so highly recommend it to everyone specially in hot summer days. the price is also good not so Expensive at 50 Rupees Pakistani (0.30 STEEM )
