The Quesillo is part of the menu that I offer of sweets and desserts.

The dessert par excellence of the Venezuelans is the quesillo. Well, it is the perfect companion for cakes on birthdays and is super delicious as a dessert after lunch.
Its texture is super creamy, smooth and has a super delicious flavor, which combining with the caramel creates an unforgettable experience on your palate.

The ingredients used to prepare a quesillo are super simple.

Do you like the Quesillo without holes? Apply the following tips: - When mixing the ingredients, do enough until the mixture becomes a little thick, then add the mixture to the mold. Let the mixture rest for half an hour before putting it in the oven.

Hola amiga de acuerdo con lo expresado, el quesillo a pesar de ser una receta sencilla con pocos ingredientes, hay que tener mucha precaución para su elaboración, buscar el punto exacto de cocción para obtener un buen resultado.
