The trend at children's parties is about the famous Paw Patrol comic.
This is a comic about a patrol of puppies that work together to solve community problems. Through it they teach children to work together in an organized and calm way.
The client asked me for a vanilla cake filled with arequipe and covered with Swiss meringue. With the allusive colors of this comic. Which were yellow, black, and orange. Personally, I do not work with the Toppers, they are the responsibility of the client.
The client also requested 200 sighs, between filled and small rosettes.

Drip cake
The Drip cake is a style of cake that is very fashionable. And its presentation is a cake that drops a few dripping drops. And they make it unique and visually very striking.
This style of cake was created in 2015 by pastry chef Katerine Sabbath.
This style of cake only looks best on high tops, so it is recommended to only use cakes with heavy and well structured.
For the dripping technique, you can use ganache, chocolate or icing, in my case I used the icing topping.
The ingredients of the icing topping are:
- Icing sugar.
- White liquor.
- Colorant or metallic powder of a specific color.
Mixing these three ingredients we obtain a fabulous mixture, for a spectacular drip cake.
And believe me, you don't feel the taste of liquor at all.
I also wanted to show you how I cover the cake with the meringue. This part is very important, because it depends on a good lining that the cake is left without cake crumbs.
With all the cakes he applied exactly the same steps. First I cover my cake with a first layer of white meringue. This first layer is known as: layer catches crumbs. Well, as its name says, it will catch all the crumbs that the cake has.
Then it is covered with the layer it catches crumbs. I cover it with colored meringue. and Process to give the smoothing touches.
Another Drip cake model that I sold this week. This has a cost of $ 10.
In the previous cake use a small spoon, and in this a slightly larger spoon, for that reason the difference in the thickness of the drops.
This style of cake goes very well for any occasion, or theme. Either a wedding or a birthday. It will look beautiful on any candy table.
