What countries are they from and what languages do they cover?
In our community it is allowed to publish in English and Spanish. Our moderators are from Venezuela and are prepared to support publications in the English language. As our community grows we will add more moderators from other countries and thus have a greater reach.
Are the team members paid or rewarded in any way from the community funds for their work in running the community?
Currently our moderators do not receive payments for their work, but we plan to do it through a monthly payment once our community grows and we obtain a greater number of active posts.
