Ethics is something that has to be act upon in every case, every condition and every field of life. Because due to the ethical way you can teach, learn and deal with people that you cannot do with unethical behaviour. Ethical behaviour is the mother to all problems. It has been one of the most used and powerful weapon used by the intellectuals to do some work or to ask something from someone.
Yes! I called it a weapon because it is one.

  • As this community and the people here are have one thing in common which is business so I'm here today to talk about some Business Ethics. These will definitely be a key point to enlargement and growth of the running business. So let's discuss a couple of them in this post....; ☺️

Seller's Behaviour Matters:

If we want someone to help us we will talk to him politely and nicely. Because we have some work with him. People call it selfishness. But we do not need to be selfish. We just need to improve our manners and the way of talking with the customer to sale the product. That's why I called this point seller's behaviour matters the most. It is unethical behaviour if we will talk to the customer rudely. Not only the customer it is unethical to talk rudely to someone even stranger.

  • So you need to be nice and well being for the sake of yourself and your business. The customer should be happy with your behaviour towards him and there will be a high number of chances and he will visit your business soon again. Because harsh and nice behaviour will be remembered by anyone easily. So be nice and humble with customers and it will help you improve yourself as well as your business.

Ethics of handling the negative feedback:

This is obvious that your products, whatever you're selling will not be liked by every one. Everyone has their own taste. It happens most of the time that people do not like your products whether it is good. This is because that product does not match with their taste. That's why the can give you a bad feedback or a negative one.

Now here's the point that how the business owner will deal with this kind of customer and feedback? If someone said that he doesn't like your products at all, he has wasted his money by purchasing your products. You don't need to get hyper, and you don't need to talk to him harshly that you're insulting me and my business. No, never. You should be ethically nice with him too and should apologize for the product, whether you know that there's no fault in my product.

  • What will be the benefit of doing this? He will get calm and will come back again for have my products because of your good behaviour. So this is one of the important tool to deal with such people and such feedbacks.

Professionalism is mandatory:

Yes! Professionalism is mandatory in your behaviour and your way of doing the business if you are really willing to start a business. There is no need to be unprofessional in your behaviour. You should talk to the customer with an ethical and professional way and this will lead to grow the number of your customers and your sale points.

  • There should not be unnecessary people and unnecessary conversation all the time at your business place. Your friendship is on another spot and your business is on another. They both should not be merge up into one another. Because customer mostly does not like the scenario if you will not give enough importance to him and give it to the people sitting at yourbusiness place at that time.
