Folly fish broth with spinach

Today I am here with a recipe for fresh spinach from my vegetable garden. folly fish broth with spinach. It's really very tasty.
Folly fish
This fish is found in the rivers, canals, bills, haors, and ponds of our country. The name of this fish is Folly Fish. Once upon a time, this fish was found in abundance in our natural wetlands. This fish with many thorns is very tasty.
Spinach
Spinach is one of the most readily available, familiar, and beloved vegetables in our country during winter. It contains a lot of nutrients that help keep our bodies healthy. And very good to eat.
So friends, let's take a look at the ingredients needed to cook this special item.
- Folly fish - 500 grams
- spinach - 500 grams
- Potatoes - two(small)
- onions - two(medium)(paste)
- garlic - two(medium)(paste)
- cumin - one teaspoon (paste)
- chili powder - one teaspoon
- turmeric powder - one teaspoon
- oil - 70 grams
- Salt -amount like
- green chilies -6/7
- chopped onion -1(medium)
First, cut the fish and wash it with salt and turmeric powder and fry it for 10 minutes on low flame. Then when the pan is hot with oil, chop the onion and when the onion is light in color, add onion paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and a little water.
Then add pre-cut vegetables and potatoes and stir and cover.
After a while, remove the lid and cover it again with 1 cup of water. After 4-5 minutes, remove the lid and wait until the water dries completely
And have to move. Now add two glasses of water. When the curry boils, add the fried fish and green chilies. After boiling for 3/4 minutes, boil with cumin for 6/7 minutes, and our Pholi fish broth with spinach will be ready.
