Assalamu Alaikum. I hope everyone is well. Today I will participate in the Create a Healthy Meal in Under 30 Minutes contest organized by Steemit Travel for the first time. Today I will share with you a Healthy Strawberry Oatmeal recipe. So let's get started.

Healthy Strawberry Oatmeal

First of all, I presented below all the materials I will need :

  • Oats- 1 cup
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Strawberry fruit - 3 pieces
  • Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
  • Honey- 1 teaspoon
  • Cashew Nuts - Like quantity
  • Salt-like taste

Step - 01 :

  • First, take 1 cup of milk in a fry pan.

Step - 02 :

  • After that, when the milk is warm, we will add 1 cup of oats, one teaspoon of vanilla essence, and one pinch of salt.

Step - 03 :

  • Then mix all the ingredients together.

Step - 04 :

  • After that, if the amount of milk dries up, I will turn off the stove.

Step - 05 :

After that, pour the meshed oats into a bowl, and mix it well with one teaspoon of honey.

After that, cut the strawberries into slices and nuts arrange them nicely on top to make a tasty, healthy strawberry oatmeal dish.

There are various kitchen tools and appliances when preparing quick meals, such as:

Is the dish for one person or for several people?

I made my meal for two people. I can make it for one too. In this case, you must take less amount of oats and milk. You can also make a meal for a few people.

Is this meal healthy? Will it cause any problems in digestion or Health?

This food is very healthy. Each ingredient is highly beneficial to the body. Its main ingredient is oats, which contain fiber. Which reduces our body weight and prevents excessive hunger, i.e., keeps the stomach full for a long time. The most beneficial thing is that oats control the digestive process. Those with digestive problems will no longer have these problems if they take oats. It has milk. It goes without saying how important milk is for our bodies. There are so many nuts that fulfill our body's need for affection. There is also honey which is very beneficial for our body, and strawberry, a very nutritious fruit. In short, this oatmeal recipe is a nutritious and healthy meal rich in fiber.
