Travel Experience - Darul Falah Grand Mosque, Langsa City

On this occasion I want to share my experience when traveling to one of the proud mosques of the people of Langsa City, hopefully with my writing this time it can entertain you and also become a reference for your travels in the future. Happy reading.

Right at the beginning of October 10 last year 2021, I took a course called Practice Work. and in this course we are asked to do an internship or practice in a company, be it a state-owned company or another. and after I discussed with my practical work friends, then we decided to do practical work at the Palm Oil factory in Bayeun District, East Aceh. the distance between the factory and the city of Langsa is very close, which is about 15 to 20 kilometers or fifteen minutes on the way.

And after everything was ready, whether it was our college supplies or our clothes, and finally my friends and I went straight there. and on our way, it took about 3 hours more or less, because we walked leisurely and there was also a stop to rest and pray zuhur at one of the mosques in east aceh.

and when we arrived in the Bayeun sub-district, East Aceh district, we immediately looked for a boarding house or rent for the next month, because the duration of this practical work only lasted about one month and all of that was done with a report on the results of practical work. Then after a few days we were there, we wanted to travel to the Langsa city mosque, where this mosque is the pride of the Langsa city community, and the location of this mosque is right in the middle of the Langsa city.

The name of the mosque is The Great Mosque of Darul Falah, when we got there we immediately entered the mosque and performed the 2 raka'at of caregiving prayers first, then my friends and I sat in the courtyard of this mosque. and the courtyard of this mosque is very attractively designed, where right in front of it there is a very large fish pond, then next to this mosque there is a madrasah Ibtidaiyah for the children of the Koran.

And for me, this mosque is a mosque whose courtyard is quite beautiful, because the yard is so wide and we can also enjoy the fish pond in the courtyard of the mosque, especially the air is very cool. and for those of you who have never visited this Darul Falah mosque, then go and pray 2 rak'ahs then feel the atmosphere around the mosque.
