The holy month of Ramadan is one of the months where Muslims are very happy when they meet this month, because I say it like that? Because many people say that the month of Ramadan is the month for the people. In the holy month of Ramadan, humans also cleanse themselves of all the mistakes that have been made, whether they are crimes or something like that.
So when we Muslims have arrived the month of Ramadan, we are very happy because we can get closer to the Creator. The way we clean ourselves in this holy month of Ramadan is by worshiping every day, be it doing good, reading the Koran, praying tarawih and so on.
By carrying out charitable activities like that, Allah will multiply our rewards and erase our sins while in the world. Therefore many Muslims when welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, they take advantage of this time to worship earnestly in order to get the pleasure of Allah SWT.
Apart from that, in the morning we do fasting, where we have to wake up for the pre-dawn meal at 04:00 WIB, after eating sahur, we get time to be able to worship again, such as midnight and so on. The next morning most people are reading the Koran or doing activities such as preparing to sell in the afternoon.
For today's iftar menu, my parents provided meager food and we are very grateful for this favor. The food menu for breaking the fast today is goat curry, cucumber juice, fried noodles, donuts and several other foods that were not ready to be served earlier. This food menu, of course, I really like it, especially the curry sauce which tastes like our typical aceh food and this dish was made by my parents, not bought at a shop.
Apart from that, I also bought donuts for snacks when breaking the fast, because when we saw the culinary items being sold in the afternoon, we were confused about which one to choose because there were so many culinary delights that were served every afternoon, for example satay, caluk noodles, cendol, bingkang as well as several other culinary types. However, I only bought donuts because there are so many menus at home and I don't necessarily spend them.
