Steemit Travel Logo/Icon Proposal (As requested by @ponpase)
I was a former Promo-steem Moderator for the Philippines back then, thus @ponpase and I previously worked together for the promotion of steemit, and I believe that was the height of steemit, with many new people signing up as a result of the contests that we organized at the time. Anyway, I won't go into too much detail, but here are some logo alternatives I designed using Adobe Illustrator.
Ako ay isang dating Promo-steem Moderator para sa Pilipinas noon, kaya't si @ponpase at ako ay dating nagtutulungan para sa pagsulong ng steemit, at naniniwala ako na iyon ang taas ng steemit, sa maraming mga bagong tao na nag-sign up bilang isang resulta ng mga paligsahan na inayos namin sa oras. Hindi na ako pupunta sa masyadong maraming detalye, ngunit narito ang ilang mga kahaliling logo na dinisenyo ko gamit ang Adobe Illustrator.

I used Franklin Gothic Demi(2) as my font
The steem icon inspired this logo, followed by the navigation or point location and the airplane. For obvious reasons, the Steemit travel logo would not be shown without the steem or steemit logo, but I believe the steemit logo is copyright protected, so I chose the steem icon for safety. The steem icon serves as the airplane's smoke or booster, and an upvote icon is included on the plane.
Ang icon ng steem ay nagbigay inspirasyon sa logo na ito, na sinundan ng lokasyon ng nabigasyon o point at ang eroplano. Para sa mga halatang kadahilanan, ang logo ng paglalakbay ng Steemit ay hindi maipakita nang walang logo ng steem o steemit, ngunit naniniwala ako na protektado ang logo ng steemit, kaya pinili ko ang icon ng steem para sa kaligtasan. Ang icon ng steem ay nagsisilbing usok o booster ng eroplano, at isang icon ng upvote ay kasama sa eroplano.

Thanks for the info, i will consider some changes specifically to my main version of colors. I think the color is the only issue right?
For Steemit Travel, I like the main colors of dark orange and yellow.
Ohhh i see i am just reading it now, this was actually the first time i read it. I'll try to create another set of logos without violating any of the said dont's.
That's just for official logo use for steem. regarding the design, you have come up with a pretty interesting concept, I like it.

Wow... I really like the concept of the Steem logo serving as plane's smoke, just like the one that can might being getting out from a hot coffee if the advertising would be for a coffee shop. To respect the original one from the coin of Steemit, it's advisable to use the one as a monochromatic color, without using the blue tones.

As for the colors I would focus more on the colors that the Steemit Travel logo currently has.
