On this occasion I would like to make a post regarding the development of new knowledge in the field of leadership management which I am currently participating in in the teacher program at school. In which there is a lot of knowledge that we have to study and we have been about leadership either for ourselves or for others.

In managing the resources they have so far, they tend to focus more on deficiencies, problems and desires that are rarely seen from the side of their strengths. Even in dealing with problems at school, it refers more to the main problem, not imagining what the future will be like.

In fact, we are often preoccupied with seeking help and support when we are faced with an unpleasant or cornered condition. It is rare to try to explore your own potential and strength to deal with uncomfortable conditions. Trying to be independent to maximize the power possessed to change the corners and discomfort into a situation that is safe, peaceful, comfortable and conducive. So so far what we have done has not led to making an effort using the Asset-Based Community Development Approach.

where I also have to answer some of the cases provided so that I have to dig deeper into these cases. here are some cases that I have to address. Answer Case Study 1: I see the case of Ibu Wax as unable to coordinate students who are not polite to Ibu Wax. Because candle's mother is used to the condition of obedient students and does not argue, so candle's mother is more happy in carrying out learning activities with obedient students. Where when faced with students who are naughty and disobedient, Mrs. Candle will feel stressed because Mrs. Wax sees the condition of students from a point of view based on the shortcomings of students. So that's my view as a school principal. I will call the candle mother first to examine the problems she is facing. And by providing insight into an asset-based approach. So that Mrs. Candles must be able to understand the assets that can be used to make students study harder with Mrs. Candles. So that candles can be more professional in dealing with students. And Mrs. Candles should not always see from the point of view of the lack of students because it will cause emotional discomfort from Mrs. Candles such as irritability and fatigue which causes dislike from her students.

Case Study Answer 2: In my opinion, Pak Pupur accepted the principal's offer to become a school superintendent. Because with the position of school supervisor, Mr. Pur can further develop his existing potential and share it with other teachers. Regarding how to teach well and how to make students like the teacher more. Because with the experience that already exists in Mr. Pupur, it can be developed more broadly to other teachers. Because the position as a school superintendent will be even easier to develop its strengths and strengths assets to be poured into the wider community. And if I were the principal of the school, I would support and encourage Pak said to be a school superintendent. With the hope of being able to provide positive changes to the education ecosystem in schools and improvement of the quality of education in schools.
