Hello everyone, good evening, come back with me here at a food photography contest held by the @japansteemit community. This time I will review a food in a Banda Aceh shop. A food called ROTI COKLAT cake.

can I sit looking at a chocolate cake bread cake that is served in front of me then want to open it and find an idea to make a food contest before that I first take a photo using my own iPhone camera, after I saw this food, it was very suitable to be used as a contest. That's why I wanted a photo of it and posted it here a photo of the chocolate bread cake in front of me, it looks like normal but when we taste it it's very delicious.

Before I ate it, I wondered whether it had nuts or chocolate in it. Turns out I opened it with chocolate, it's very fitting, I happen to really like chocolate hehe I just ate it straight away, seeing that it was yellow on the outside and sprinkled with sesame seeds on top, like the shape of onde-onde but the taste of this brown bread is more tempting with onde-onde.

Ingredients for making chocolate bread:

20 tbsp wheat flour
100 ml of warm water
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp chocolate bar or to taste
1 tbsp melted margarine
enough bread flour.
