My Today's Activity ( MalihaFarhan )

Assalamu Alaikum Steem's Friends. How are you all? I am fine by the grace of Allah Almighty. I hope you are doing well in your lives. May Allah bless us all with health and wellness Aameen. My today's post is about my activity today. After kids went to school I completed all my house chores which unfortunately completed so early and I have alot free time and I don't know how to spend my rest of the day. I checked some post done some steem work after that I am again free with nothing to do 😬 so I decided to make a cake I gathered all ingredients and started to make a cake let's share recipe with you.

Ingredients;

Ingredients	Quantity
All purpose flour	1 cup
Eggs	4
Baking powder	1tsp
Sugar	1 cup
Butter	100 GM
Vanilla Essence	1tsp
Milk	1/4th cup
Cream	1 cup
Sugar	1tbs
Chocolate Syrup	1tbs
Fresh Fruit	As Required

Direction Step By Step;

≈Take one cup of all purpose floor (sifted) and 1tsp baking powder in a bowl and set a side.

≈ Take four egg and separated egg white and yolk.

≈ Whisk egg white well until stiff peaks.

≈In a separate bowl add egg yolks,butter and sugar.

≈Mix all ingredients well and add all purpose flour and mix again with the help of spatula.

≈Now add egg white gradually and mix with light hands not mix too much.

≈After mixing all ingredients put cake batter into greese cake mold.

≈ Now put the cake mold into pre heated oven (180 c°) and bake it for 25 minutes.

≈ In a bowl add cream, sugar and chocolate syrup and whisk until stiff peaks.

≈ Cake is done now put it on cooling rack.

≈ Cut cake into half and start decorating I have strawberries and kiwi for decoration.

≈ Cake is ready I put cake in the fridge for cooling. We ate it after dinner.

After making cake I was again free to nothing to do. Then I make a cup of tea and read 2,3 novels while enjoying tea. After that we had our dinner, ate cake and now I am posting my activity with you all.
