Pancit Canton With A Twist of Butter and Egg

Greetings to all. How have you been? I'm back again to your feeds now. I just want to share something here.

While on my shift lately, I've been craving suddenly pancit canton with a twist. It's been so long already since the last time I ate it. So to have this, after boiling the water, I cooked the noodles. I drained it, and put it in a clean bowl together with the seasonings. But instead of using the oil on the seasoning mix, I put 1 tbsp melted butter and mixed it well. After that, I sliced the boiled eggs and put it as toppings. It's not bad after all. Actually, it really suits my taste. It's my first time to use butter in pancit canton, but I like it. I think, I am gaining today again with this.

I am a food porn lover and it is so fun to explore and discover any food twists as I can.
