On this occasion I want to make a third post from this #steemjapan community, the script that I will share with this community is about noodle food.

KFC or the abbreviation of Kentucky Fried Chicken is a fast food restaurant from Kentucky, United States. The founder of KFC was Colonel Harland Sanders, an entrepreneur who started selling fried chicken from a roadside restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky, during the Great Depression.

Meanwhile in Indonesia, KFC's history began when PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk became the sole franchisee for the KFC brand in Indonesia.
The founders of KFC Indonesia were the Gelael family in 1978.

Quoted from the official KFC website, the first KFC outlet in Indonesia was established in October 1979 at Jalan Melawai, Jakarta after the company obtained a franchise acquisition.

The opening of the first outlet proved successful and was followed by the opening of further outlets in Jakarta and expansion to a number of other major cities in Indonesia, including Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, and Manado.

Subsequently, in 1990 the Salim Group joined as one of the major shareholders of PT Fast Food Indonesia.

In addition, the company obtained the rights to use the KFC brand from the current franchisor, Yum! Asia Franchise Pte Ltd, a part of Yum! Restaurants International (YRI).

YRI itself is a business entity of Yum! Brands Inc., a publicly traded company in the United States and the franchisee of four other well-known brands, namely: Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, A&W, and Long John Silvers.
