夏の楽しみといえば、カルピス作りです。
「え！？カルピスって自宅で作れるの？」
そう思われた方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。

カルピスは材料を揃え、きちんとプロセスを守れば自宅で作れます。
材料は牛乳、砂糖、クエン酸、乳酸、レモンエッセンスです。

この理科の実験みたいなところがとってもわくわくします。

牛乳に砂糖を入れて72℃まで温めて溶かします。
72℃になったらすぐに火から下ろし、32℃まで冷まします。

32℃になった砂糖牛乳に、あらかじめ水に溶かしておいたクエン酸を入れます。
その後、少しずつ乳酸を加えていきます。
最後にレモンエッセンスを入れたら出来上がりです。
