Monday, April 19, 2022, after I saw Post which was announced through the Steem Japan Community account @japansteemit on Sunday, April 17, 2022, that they were holding a contest entitled "Share Your Favorite Drink" and I happened to be too ,On Monday, was sitting in a cafe for coffee with My friend.

In this contest I also chose a drink "Hot Sanger" or what is often referred to in my place as SP as an ingredient for me to participate in the contest, Hot Sanger is a coffee drink with a combination of coffee and condensed milk sweet and also cane sugar.

Physically, this drink is very similar to coffee latte or coffee milk, but what makes it different is that this drink has to go through several ways to get the best drink because not everyone can make a delicious hot sanger, because it must be an expert coffee maker who can make the drink to be delicious and delicious to enjoy, and the dose of sugar coffee and sweetened condensed milk must be just right, no more and no less because it can cause the coffee to look ordinary.

Kopi Sanger started with a number of students in 1996 wanting to drink milk coffee, because at that time the economic conditions in Aceh in particular were experiencing a crisis, and the students racked their brains so that they could still drink coffee mixed with milk, then in that year the idea was born with the name "Sama-sama ngerti"Or in English it can be interpreted You both know which is abbreviated by the name we often hear today, Namely Sanger. So that students can still enjoy affordable milk coffee, a number of these students ask a coffee maker to make coffee, mix a little milk and add sugar to make it sweet.

Last night I also had the opportunity to sit with my friend who was in a coffee shop in Panton labu. The name of the coffee shop is Squire coffee which is located on Jl. Lintas Sumatra, Ceumpeudak, Kec. Tanah Jambo Aye, North Aceh Regency, Aceh 24394, in this place I also sit with my friends to have coffee with him And almost every night I order the same water for me to enjoy when I sit with them.

In Aceh itself, we find this coffee very much in a number of coffee shops on the edge of the Sumatran highway, and now we find a lot of coffee that is blended using a coffee steam machine, because the taste will be even more delicious if the coffee is steamed. properly by the experts.

And for the price, it is quite cheap and affordable for all people, the price starts from 5.000 rupiah to 8.000 rupiah per glass, equivalent to 1.5 steem, for all of you who are outside Aceh if you want to visit Aceh you should must first enjoy a glass of hot sanger coffee.

Because if you all haven't enjoyed the heat when visiting Aceh, it doesn't feel right, if you haven't enjoyed a glass of coffee accompanied by a cigarette in the morning, it makes our minds more open and also gives rise to new inspirations.
