Riko's paintings exhibited the religious stories from Bhagwat Gita, a holy book of Hindus. Some praise the lord with religious stories while his art showed the hole of this traditional faith. This brought him fame, not only within the country but to the international levels as he was emerging from novice to maestro.

Riko started his journey from a small exhibition auditorium near his locality and that's where Agnes became his passionate enthusiast when she saw his art for the first time. The first time; the time when the breeze was blowing softly, the illusion of background music just like a movie. She was hypnotised both with his free-moving shoulder-length hair and his art, in the next second she fell in love with these two varieties. Time passed and from two different souls, they were now one, despite religious difference their marriage was a successful one. Agnes who belonged to a Baptist Christian family, whereas Riko was raised by his uncle who was a farmer and a deep devotee of Lord Shiva. The liberal parents of her and the understanding of his uncle made this relationship look possible, only for the happiness of their children.
