Headache might have different causes and not all headaches are migraines. Often headache is the consequence of stress, improper posture or TMJ
It's important to sit in front of a computer with a straight back. If you slouch either forward or backward it prevents your diaphragm from creating a vacuum in the chest cavity and all its subsequent promulgating to blood, liver, and kidneys for cleaning. That leads to diseases, including fibromyalgia, headaches and many others.
In addition, bad posture overstresses scalene muscle on your neck, which depresses your brachial plexus and prevents a sufficient supply of blood to your brain. That causes tension headaches.
Here are some videos of self-massage. It is not a panacea, but after applying it several times helps controlling tension headaches.
Thank you for the information and videos. I agree with posture affecting overall health.
My pleasure. I hope you're feeling better.
