If I have to assess who is the most wicked in my writing and based on apparent intentions, the serpent seems to take on this role. The serpent is often seen as the embodiment of temptation and evil, the one who cunningly pushes Eve towards the choice that leads to the fall of humanity. Eve, despite making a mistake, reflects on the nature of evil and its impact. Hers is a quest for understanding and overcoming, not for spreading evil. Her action of listening to the serpent and acting against a prohibition could be interpreted as an act of rebellion or misplaced curiosity. Eve also shows an understanding of the complexity of evil and human suffering. She seems to seek a way to understand and overcome the cycle of hatred and envy that the serpent represents. With this story, I wanted to explore the complexity of good and evil, pushing us towards a greater understanding and empathy in our interactions. Thank you @freewritehouse for giving me the opportunity to delve into this difficult existential dialogue.
