CALL YOUR BOSS
My boss is a very complicated person, and if i don't know her better, i will say she has identity crisis. She looks so sweet, yet acts tough. She tries very hard to make work difficult for all of us and even life itself. Her basic reason for doing this is because she is scared we would not give her the respect she deserves because she is a lady, so she proves tough on us all. I believe this is called insecurity. Nevertheless, i tried getting things straight with her many times but to know avail. We've lost quite a number of jobs because of her relationship with her employees. A simple phone call to your boss is impossible, and it is really affecting our work.
