On this occasion I will continue to discuss the risk factors for stroke, namely HYPERTENSION.
In addition to cholesterol, factors that can increase the risk of stroke are hypertension or high blood pressure, both cholesterol and hypertension do not show certain specific symptoms. Therefore it is better for us to periodically measure our blood and also our cholesterol levels.
In hypertension, blood from the heart will be pumped throughout the body more strongly. The brain is the organ that gets the greatest blood supply, so if the blood pressure is high, the brain will have a negative effect on the blood pressure.
Many blood vessels in the brain are classified as small blood vessels, so if there is a continuous increase in blood pressure, it will cause blood vessels to burst.
The rupture of these blood vessels will cause a reduction in the supply of blood and oxygen to the brain tissue and it will cause brain function to be disrupted.
In addition, the blood that comes out of the blood vessels will cause suppression of the brain tissue and will cause death and disruption of the brain's nerve cells.
