MARGHERITA PIZZA ROLLS
Hello friends, how are you today I bring you a very simple pizza recipe in the form of rolls that you can enjoy at a snack or toast to your guests at a party.
Ingredients:
- 400 g flour
- one sachet of instant yeast for savoury pies
- 7 g salt
- 240 g water
- tomato puree
- basil
-mozzarella cheese
Method:
Combine the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl and pour in the water, starting to knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Divide the dough into 7/8 parts and roll them out one at a time to create a small snake and join the ends to form a doughnut shape.
Meanwhile, put the tomato puree, a pinch of salt and some basil leaves in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Pour the tomato sauce over the doughnuts and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, cut the mozzarella into pieces and, after 20 minutes, place it on top of the tomato. Let it cook for another 10 minutes or so.
