It should be 1. ... Nf1 with the idea 2. ... Rg3#. After 2. h5 black plays 2. ... Kg5, and white runs out of resources. :)

Well it look like Blitz chess haven’t improve my focus or memory yet :) Of course I see it now, I just keep trying. (lol)
black should have moved Kg5, instead of white rook Rg2
