Step 1:

First you browse to steemworld.org.link hare
This page will appear in front of you after browsing.Click on the dashboard from here.

Step 2:

This page will appear in front of you after clicking on Dashboard.Here you first click Delegation.Then click on Outgoing.Then click on the edit option next to @wo-photography.

Step 3:

This page will appear in front of you after clicking on the edit option.From here you can edit and determine the amount of your total delegation.Then click OK.

Step 4:

Then this page will come in front of you.Here you click on the yes option for your confession.

Step 5:

Then this page will come in front of you.Here you give your steemit active kye.Then click OK.

This way you can increase your delegation.Everyone should be delegated to increase the voting value of the community account.
