Weekly Cooking Contest Week #4/Chicken Tinola With Lemongrass

Hello steemian.I hope all of you are in a good health and safe everyone.Today, i want to share all of you my own recipe on how to cook chicken tinola with lemongrass.this is my entry "Weekly Contest Week#4 initiated by @sabbirrr.

Here'my ingredients:

.2 carved chicken
.4 lemongrass
.1pc.ginger
.4 pcs.garlic
.1pc.onion
.2pcs.green chili
.4 leaves pichay
.1tablespoon salt
.1pcs .magic sarap
.1tablespoon oil
.1pc.sayote
Heres the procedure

Slice the chicken well

Put a lemongrass in the chicken

Slice and wash the other ingredients well
So lets begin:

Put the oil in the pot and then when oil is heat put all the onion,garlic and ginger.Next are the chicken to cook throughly

Put the remain lemongrass

Put a 1jug of water and together with sayote

When boiling put the pechay and the green chili

Ready to serve.
