You gave the real story of the disaster we're witnessing in my dear country. It was a clear failure from the government to put in place control measures before hand rather than been reactionary in it's measures.

I hope this could be corrected as soon as possible. Other effects like poor transportation services and other health challenges cannot be overemphasized.
