A place can be termed as a tourist center if it attract lot of visitors on a daily or monthly basis. Before a place is named a tourist centers, there must be things of interest or attraction that can pull people to the place. One of the place I have been there before is the University of Uyo. University of Uyo is a federal university operating in the axis of Uyo. The question is why did I place this school as a tourist centers? Well let's find out together.
Why Do I Like This Place |

University of Uyo is my current tertiary institution. There are reasons why I love this place and I'll explain them to you:
- Presence of Natural Environment: The first thing you will notice if you take a trip to the Main campus of Uniuyo is the natural environment. It is rare to see an institution to possess this amazing landmass. The natural environment which consists of trees, shrubs, Microorganisms and other components existing freely.
- Diversity in Activities: Activities of the student lawyers, doctors, teachers and other professions made me like the institution. I guess the reason why it is called a University because every profession is present in a single Universe.

Public facilities that are available in the University of Uyo includes:
- Mini Stadium: This facility is totally free for any visitors to have a good view of the institution. The stadium is always bustling with sporting activities like football, track events, etc.
- Sculptures: This is an attractive site for any visitors to check out. This sculpture are actually done by fine arts students (sculpturing department). What makes me amaze about this sculpture or statue are their enormousity. I wondered if students actually did this but they did it anyway.

Actually, the entrance fee to this institution is free. This is because your entrance permit you to view the natural environment. But, if you are access private area like the laboratory or the lecture hall, you have to be a student. Your means of identification is your gate fee in these facilities. Your library card is your pass key to access the campus library.

To lover of arts, natural environment and a serene environment for learning, I strongly recommend this place.

You've been here almost everyday. This place at first was like a heaven to us. We all longed to be here but so is not the case now. We dread to be here everyday. I'm even looking forward to finishing my studies here. Anyways, the facilities and buildings are nice. Wishing you best of luck in this challenge
