Steem for Better Life Contest #4: How active are you on Steemit this week?
Greetings everyone! Hope you're all doing well and enjoying life. It's been a while since I last posted in this community, so today I thought I'd give you a brief overview of what I've been up to on Steemit over the past week by participating in this contest. So, let's dive right in!
My Activity on Steemit
I had quite a busy week on Steemit. I managed to put up about 6 posts in total, sharing them across 5 different communities, as you can see in the screenshot below.
Even though I might not be as active as some others on Steemit, I always strive to ensure that when I do post, it's quality content. Those of you who know me might have noticed that sometimes there's a 3 or 4-day gap between my posts. Generally, there are two reasons for this: either I'm caught up with other commitments, or I just haven't stumbled upon a topic or writing contest that resonates with me and sparks my interest enough to write about.
Author Rewards
In terms of author rewards, according to steemworld.org, I've earned around $15 over the last 7 days. I know it's not a huge sum, but I'm optimistic that with time and effort, my account will grow and things will improve.
Engagement and Interaction
Moreover, I make it a point to engage by commenting on other Steemians' posts. Not only does this increase my interaction with them, but it often leads to me making new friends. Just last week, I left comments on a number of posts, and I've attached screenshots of some of these below.

If I were to spotlight my best post from last week in terms of rewards, it would be this one right here.

On the flip side, the post that earned me the least rewards was the one I posted yesterday. Maybe it hasn’t yet caught the curator’s eye, but I was hoping to score some rewards on that one too.

The Most Enjoyable Post
The post I had the most fun writing last week was “A Perfect View,” which I shared in the Healthy Steem community. Although I didn’t clinch a win in the contest, I took the opportunity to share a short journey of my eye surgery. If that piques your interest, feel free to check out the link below.
