RE: Puasa Ditinjau Dari Aspek Kesehatan | club100
Here in Pakistan we people get so supper excited in Ramadan and instead of getting healthy we become lethargic and gain weight because of intake of so much unhealthy and oily stuff. I'm trying my best to not eat much unhealthy food in this Islamic month
Wow this is called revenge for not eating at noon, hahaha.
A lot of dinner will gain weight because we don't expend energy on sleep.
Hahaha that's true. Actually the lifestyle in the city I'm living (Karachi) is not so nature friendly. We don't sleep in night and sleep more in day lol. Sounds weird for you but that's how we're getting unhealthy through disturbed biological cycle and unhealthy food intake. (Not all but majority)
It sounds strange, what about people working, whether they also work at night in the office?
We are here 95% sleep at night and work during the day except those who work as drivers they do not know day or night.
I am talking about the month of Ramadan but still, Karachi is known as the city of lights for its nightlife. Those who go office wake up early.
That means there is no activity in the morning in the month of Ramadan. Especially in Aceh-Indonesia we always do activities as usual, we fast for 14 hours every day.
