Greetings from Nigeria and also greetings to all my fellow steemians members from #steemforbetterlife community, how you all doing today I strongly hope and believe that you guys are doing well by God grace, I fill so happy seeing this beautiful engagement challenge from this community and it a one for us to participate on it because with our little writing about this motivation challenge it will go a long way in Steemit platform so once again I thank and appreciate you for setting this wonderful engagement for us to participate in our writing.

To start with I will like to introduce myself before everyone because many are here as I am to share there post writing as I am sharing with you all too, so I am @successjoh as you all my fellow steemit friends may know me I am also a Nigerian 🇳🇬 citizen and I reside in the city of Abia State in Umuahia Ikwuano LGA Ariam in Obugwu village.
It is a pleasure to write about but I will first like to write what motivation Is all about because we are in the world of motivating people around us.

What motivation is all about and how you can be motivated?

People always said that someone motivated them, what is the meaning of that word, by my little explanation it is all about internal desires to achieved or accomplished good something that is very important to you from your fellow human, and it is also the act of generating needs within our fellow individual.

Why is motivation is important to me as a person?

Motivation is more important in my life as a person because it will makes me to achieved my goals and it will also help me to improved in my performance like growing more high in my business.
As a person it will also go a long way in us because as I am a member of this Steemit social platform I always
been motivated with good content that people's post in many communities, I can remember when I was upcoming in Steemit social platform I don't know much about writing in a long passage like participating in community contest or sharing my diary with friends so someone been our Steemit friend motivated me by there write-up which is @talktofaith and @davchi.
when ever I see people's writing post and achieved goals they always motivated me in putting more effort in my writing post so that I can always achieved goals like them, like last engagement challengepost was organized by #steemforbetterlife community which meny people participated in sharing there post they motivated me to join in sharing my post too.

Do I motivate others?

• Yes I motivate other people around me, first in my sewing designing work many of my sewing friend's always came around my working shop and thay saw my creative sewing designed dress they admire it and went back to there work and create the same dress.
• I always motivate people in my home side, like when ever my village community people have big occasion, sometimes I wear my Steemit cloth out which they ask me about it and I explain to them what Steemit is all about and many of them also have entries in joining.

In conclusion

Motivation will go a long way in us, as a member i was motivated by some people I always saw wearing there Steemit cloth they motivated me to buy my own Steemit cloth because as member of any organization you have to be motivated in what good people do or act.
The habits I can create to increase motivating myself is to be putting more effort in what ever good I am doing in life.
