The wall casting work (half-concrete) on the right and left sides has been carried out well, and currently workers are continuing to install formwork for casting a 2.5MX 2.5M bathroom wall, for the bathroom part, an increase in the area of ​​the house that I have plan ahead. This addition occurred because of the need for a wider bathroom than the previous plan.

The semi-permanent house construction project that I am working on is running smoothly and is currently entering the stage of working on the bathroom and preparation for casting concrete floors, in the next 3 days the casting work will be completed, then the workers will proceed to the stage of installing the zinc roof and installing wooden wall boards or multiplex.

For the total cost that I have to spend for the construction work of this Semi-Permanent House is Rp. 30,000,000, according to the estimated cost that I calculated using construction analysis, if we convert it to a Sbd coin then it is equivalent to 350 SBD with a price ratio of less than 100.00/Sbd and this is a very large amount of fees for me, but considering the construction of this semi-permanent house is what we really need at this time.

As I explained in the previous post, most of the costs for the construction of this house I took from my savings and some I will take from Steem and SBD that I earned while joining steemit, through consideration and deliberation with my wife took this action to start building a house as a place to live for my family, with the hope that it can be finished soon through all the support of steemian friends.
