After successfully building 2 housing renovation units for the poor in North Aceh district, now the renovation program executive committee consisting of a number of village officials continues to work hard and collaborate with local government agencies in order to raise funds to a higher level. tall.

Today we received an official invitation from the sub-district to present a proposal that we submitted a few months ago, relying on 2 housing units that we had successfully renovated last year, the committee and village officials explained several important points from the program, also explained the benefits of the program currently under development. The points made include:

1. The house renovation program for the poor is targeted to be able to build 4 housing units in a span of 1 year.

2. The cost for one home renovation unit will be determined after the survey process and the calculation of the BoQ and RAB, because the amount of costs required for each house varies, depending on the condition of the damage to each house and it is ensured that it does not exceed the normal number, which is a maximum of Rp. 25,000,000 .

3. Prospective beneficiaries will be selected by the program implementing committee, and announced after conducting a survey and verification of eligibility.

4. Any funds obtained, both from non-governmental organizations and donations from generous donors, will be published on the information board of the village hall.

5. The house renovation program for the poor will also be developed to be implemented in other villages, meaning that village officials and implementing committees will not focus only on their own villages.

The presentation went very well, the sub-district gave a very big appreciation for this home renovation program for the poor who had successfully renovated 2 housing units last year, while the proposal we submitted will be studied further and the sub-district government promised to contact us after the proposal file has been studied.

The sub-district government also told us that it would invite donors from outside the region to help fund the program. We hope that with this collaboration, the home renovation program for the poor can be carried out properly and so as to be able to prosper as many poor people as possible, especially those who live in North Aceh Regency.
