My Convocation Day@shawlin

Assalamualaikum Everyone.
How are you all? I am Shawlin Sharmin. I live in Dhaka.I am very happy to share my thoughts with you all. Today i am talking about one of the most memorable days of my life. My Convocation day.But this time I had to go through a lot of hard times to reach there. I waited for this day for Twenty-four years.

Although I am not a good student, I was serious about my studies always. My parents were very serious about my studies. They had many dreams about me. So I never want to disappoint them.
That day Was the day I wanted to make them proud for me a long time.

I remember everything about my convocation day. I wanted my parents to be my side during this special time. But due to some special reasons, they could not attend that day. which made me sad for some time. But My friends and loving husband were always with me so I didn’t feel alone. For this reason, I will be grateful to them for the rest of my life.
On the day of the Convocation, I went to the university early in the morning. Our event was starting at 11 am. It was chaired by the President of Bangladesh and Chancellor of Dhaka University Md Abdul Hamid. I felt so honored when I heard seven colleges affiliated with DU will also participate in the ceremony for the first time. Our event finished at 2 pm.

Then all our friends took many pictures and finished our lunch together. We congratulate everyone for such a great achievement. And I came back to my house. A surprise was waiting for me at my home. All my family members were at home to celebrate my achievement. I felt so special at that time.
