The combination of turmeric in skin care When talking about Ruptan, the name of yellow will be mentioned in the very first place. For a very long time, people have used turmeric to remove the face's dull colouring, give it a youthful glow, lighten dark spots, get rid of pimples, and soothe any facial inflammation.

Different applications of turmeric are made for dry, normal, and oily skin. For oily skin you can use raw milk, gramme flour/flour, honey, lemon along with turmeric. Use sour yoghurt instead of honey if the skin is dry. It is advised not to walk outside in the sun right after using turmeric, regardless of your skin type.. It can burn the skin. reduce acne:-
You can mix turmeric and flour to make a natural scrub for any skin type. It will reduce the excess oil from the skin and make the skin quite sensitive. Mix turmeric and flour with a little water and apply on the skin to get glowing and soft skin and wash it off when dry

Reduce skin inflammation:-
For those whose skin is sensitive, it irritates the face a little, and the skin becomes red. Turmeric packs can reduce inflammation and keep the skin cool. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder with half a teaspoon of aloe vera gel and one teaspoon of rose water. The mixture will not be thick but rather runny. Apply gently to the face. Leave it for 10 minutes, then wash it off. Applying this pack may cause a slight yellowing of the face. You can add a few drops of coconut or olive oil to the mixture if you don't want that.

Dark spots under the eyes:-
Many people have dark spots under their eyes. Turmeric also plays an effective role in removing these black spots.Turmeric works well to remove dark spots under the eyes and keep the skin youthful. Turmeric contains various antioxidants that help keep the skin young and fresh. Olive oil maintains skin elasticity.

To cure skin diseases:-
To cure skin diseases like scabies, mix turmeric powder with a quantity of young neem leaves and apply it to the skin. Applying it for a few days will surely relieve the skin disease. Moreover, those suffering from liver problems should chew a piece of turmeric and drink a glass of cold water in the morning on an empty stomach. If you follow this rule continuously for a few weeks, the liver problem will definitely decrease.

how long to keep:-
Mix the turmeric on the skin and wash off the pack within 20 minutes. Because if it is kept for a long time, there is a risk of developing yellow spots on the skin.

Not cleaning the face properly:-
Apply a face pack to the face; it is very good, but due to not washing well after application, the most damage is caused. Even prolonged exposure can result in various rashes.

Not evenly spaced:-
Before applying the turmeric face pack to the skin, especially on the face, make sure it is evenly applied. Because if it is not applied evenly, it cannot work properly.

Avoid applying soap to the pack:-
Many people use soap to clean their faces after applying turmeric packs, which is not right. Do not wash your face with soap for at least 12 hours. Use only water in this case.
