All work in modern digital world is now limited to mobile or laptop. You have to work with your eyes on a colored screen all day. As a result of which people's eye problems are frequent. Commemorating World Sight Day, October 2022 is observed to remind believers to take care of their eyes. I will discuss some things about eye care on this day, hope you like it.

You will experience pain in eyes while using mobile and laptop. Do you know why this pain or network?

When you buy a laptop or spend a long time on the mobile screen. Then the effect falls on the eyes due to two general reasons. When you use a laptop, you tend to blink less. And the focusing muscles of the eye become weak for looking at the skin too closely. As a result, our retinas are damaged.

That's all you need to do to remove it. Take a 20-second break every 20 minutes while using a laptop or mobile. And while resting, Tuku will look at an object 20 feet away. As a result, the focusing muscles of your eyes will get a rest.

Eyes are one of the most important organs in our body. Without eyes, this colorful world is completely dark. People have got the touch of modernity with the development of technology. Almost half of human work is done on laptops and mobiles. If we neglect our eye care then our eyes will be damaged prematurely. So this day is of immense importance to remind people to take care of their eyes. On this day, a discussion program was organized with 3 ophthalmologists in Bangladesh.
