STEEMIT ENGAGEMENT CHALLANGE-S9W6-"Goal Setting For The Year"
Everyone must have plans and goals that they want to achieve in life. There are long-term goals and short-term goals. The goal setting becomes the target to be achieved.
Every year the targets and goals in a person's life change according to their needs and other things that sometimes affect these goals.
Not all goals that have been set since the beginning of the year can go according to plan. Sometimes "something happens " and we are forced to change the original goals that have been designed.
Here I will outline some of the goals that I have set in 2023 as my active participation in the contest organized in the steem for better life community.

For this year 2023, I have actually designed specific targets and goals that I want to achieve. My specific goals for this year include:
1.Increase the number of SP and account independence on the steemit platform.
2.Fulfill the educational needs and facilities of my two daughters
3.Further develop my competence and professional skills as a teacher.
but unfortunately something out of my control happened so I was forced to change some of the initial goals.
Like my goal to be more developed and independent with the achievement of SP that continues to increase on the steemit platform, but due to the educational needs of my two daughters I was forced to use some of the SP I had for the continuity of their education. Because I am the backbone of my family so far.

So far, to achieve the goals I have set, I have tried to work as hard as I can. Although sometimes the efforts I make do not produce maximum results, I continue to strive so that I can achieve my goals.
As for my goal to progress and develop here, I returned to writing and actively participating in the contest again, after some time ago I was inactive. In addition, I continue to interact with fellow steemians both online and in the real world. I also always follow developments on the steemit platform.
Here I share my activities related to steemit besides writing, which I do as a form of my seriousness on the steemit platform

Regarding my goal to facilitate my two daughters' education, I always try to provide the best facilities for them. Furthermore, as well as my career goals, I continue to strive to develop myself in accordance with the competencies I have and dedicate myself to the maximum for the advancement of education because of my profession as a teacher.

I think by setting goals that will be achieved from the beginning, it will make us excited to work hard and achieve our goals. We are also more focused in doing activities to achieve our targets.With goal setting we will not be misguided in our steps.
In addition, if there are obstacles and things that do not match expectations with these goals, then we can anticipate by changing our original goals with other new goals.That's the benefit I feel when I set my goals early on.

Perjuangan yang berat ketika harus menjadi satu-satunya tulang punggung keluarga untuk mencapai sebuah target, tetaplah optimis pasti suatu saat tujuan ibu pasti akan kesampaian berkat kerja kerasnya, dan yang telah tercapai sekarang menjadi penyemangat untuk pencapaian selanjutnya.

Setiap orang memiliki tujuan utama dalam mencapai tujuan mereka dalam bidang bidang apapun bahkan dalam sebuah hubungan untuk mendapatkan hasil terbaik. Meskipun itu mudah meraih apa apa yang yang kita inginkan yang terkadang tidak sejalan atau tidak sesuai dengan rencana.
Tetapi sebagian orang mengatakan saja tetapi tidak merasakan dari apa yang kita rasakan. Namun, itu hanya sebagian kecil pandangan orang terhadap meraka yang tidak berada di posisi kita.
Namun dengan semangat yang Anda miliki sekarang ini, saya yakin Anda mampu melakukan Nya terpegang sebagai power yang tertanam dalam jiwa Anda yang begitu besar.

You know what? Failing in our goals happens to all of us.
We cannot predict the future and unfortunately things don't always happens as planned.
