My greetings to my dear sista @liasteem as the orginizer contest, that I want to take a part and participating today. What a great theme of the contest sist🤗😘 you are brilliant.

I think the biggest challenge in steemit is ourselves. Because since I first joined atbthis great steemit platform, I've immediately felt the challenge for myself.

A strong will and spirit from within yourself to progress and develop in steemit is the main key. How we build determination and confidence in ourselves to keep writing and be patient is the biggest challenge for me in steemit.

Because to be honest, when our writings or works get appreciation from colleagues, even more so we can get the highest appreciation from @steemcurator01 then it is an encouragement for us to write.

But what becomes a challenge for us is when our work no longer gets appreciation and support and when we don't get any rewards, do we still want to keep producing works? Are we still able to survive and continue to consistently write on steemit? can we be patient?

Furthermore, the other biggest challenge in steemit is how to defeat the selfish nature that exists within us as humans. Are we willing to sacrifice the rewards we have earned to strengthen our account and share with others?

The last thing about the biggest challenge on steemit in my personal view is how to find creative ideas so that we can keep writing. Regarding this, I usually challenge myself by participating in various contests held in the steemit community so that I don't run out of ideas in writing.

That's how I think the biggest challenge in steemit is defeating yourself. Trying to stay productive at work whatever the results we get. Be patient and keep consistent writing while waiting for the right moment so that our writing will be recognized and appreciated again.

In addition, strong determination and having goals and targets in steemit can also be a trigger for enthusiasm and motivation for ourselves, when we are down, bored and lazy.

My tips to stay motivated is to diligently attend meet ups and hear sharing experiences from various great steemians and seniors in steemit, and don't be shy to ask if there are things you don't understand.

That's a short sharing from me based on my personal experience. Hopefully we can keep istiqamah to continue working on this great platform. And beat all the challenges that exist. Hopefully my writing can be useful for all steemian friends. Let's support each other and share the experiences we have on this great platform.
