Friends, you all are very welcome in today's beautiful competition. I hope you all are happy in your life and enjoying this summer season. Today I am participating in this competition, the topic of which I found very interesting. I am very happy to participate in this competition today. I would like to thank @goodybest for organizing this competition.

Morning breakfast is very important in the life of everyone. We all start our morning with breakfast. Having breakfast in the morning brings energy to our bodies. If we leave home after having breakfast in the morning, we can do all the activities well. Morning breakfast also increases our energy level. If we wake up in the morning and have breakfast, we do not feel hungry quickly and energy remains in our body and we do not feel tired while working. Therefore having breakfast in the morning is beneficial for us. We all have different types of breakfast in the morning and we prepare some tasty breakfast every day. Today I am sharing my delicious breakfast recipe with you. I hope you will like it.

Today I am preparing a unique dish for my breakfast whose name is Aloo Vada. This breakfast tastes very tasty and we can easily prepare it in less time. We do not have to use much material to make it. A tasty breakfast is prepared with fewer ingredients. So let's start preparing today's breakfast recipe.

Chicken Masala1 tsp
Green chilli paste3 tsp

To make tasty aloo vada, take potatoes. We have to boil the potatoes thoroughly in water. When the potatoes are boiled well, we have to remove the peels from all the potatoes. Then we have to mash the potatoes in a vessel.

After this, pour some oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat the oil. When the oil becomes hot, add mustard and finely chopped onion into it.

Then we have to add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. We also have to add finely chopped coriander and mint to it.

Now we have to add black pepper powder, chaat masala, and chicken masala in it. You can use any spice in place of chicken masala.

Now we have to chop green chili paste and one lemon, add lemon juice, mix well, and leave it on low flame.

Now the stuffing for making Aloo Vada is ready. Now make round balls from this stuffing and keep them aside in a plate.

Now we have to take a vessel and put gram flour in it. Add salt as per taste, some red chili, and coriander powder. Then we have to add water and mix it well. We have to remember that this solution should not be too thick or too thin.

Now put oil in a pan and let it heat. When the oil becomes hot, we have to take the potato vada balls, dip them in gram flour, and put them in the hot oil. Fry the potato vada until it becomes golden brown from all sides. Then take it out on a plate. Similarly, Aloo Vada is ready for breakfast here.
