The Diary Game||28-10-2024|| My Journey to Get a Personal Steemit T-shirt

This season, I have tried my best to shun procrastination, and my journey reveals that I make plans and fail to accomplish them because I desire to do a particular thing, and then tomorrow will bring up its problems, which makes me find it difficult.

Now, let me tell you something. I have always desired to get for myself a personal Steemit T-shirt that can portray the love I have for the platform, but time and chance, as I will always say, and all summed up in one word, procrastination has always hindered me. At some point, it was the money aspect, and when the money came, I thought of other things to figure out, but this time, I had very little capital, but I decided to make a bold step. Remember this is my personal Steemit t-shirt; that doesn't mean I won't purchase our national meet-up t-shirt; I will do that hopefully 2 weeks before the meet-up.

Many months ago, April to be precise, when I wanted to get a personal t-shirt with the Steemit design on it, so I made some findings from a lady in the choir which I saw on a custom t-shirt, so she gave me a contact of one lady; she called a price for me, and I couldn't afford it at the moment, so I told her my budget and I told her I would be back, but unfortunately, when I came back to contact her, she wasn't taking it seriously, so I left her to another person who I found physically and through referrals.

I got a FLEQ digital contact from another chorister, before going there I changed my design since it was complicated and I trekked from my house to the place on reaching there, I met with the workers there and they told me I had to go purchase the polo myself since I had my choice of polo, I didn't want a tight fitting polo but a free one, so I went to purchase a t-shirt the prizes where so high I wasn't able to bargain with the seller so I bought it for N4500 that was for the t-shirt only, I mean a plain t-shirt, then for the design I was told N4000, I decided to suspend it but this was so necessary I had to bargain lastly all the money I spent just to get a steemit t-shirt was N7000 that is about 23.667 steem.

So this was the most unique thing about this day; I was able to purchase a personal t-shirt; the next one I would be getting is the meetup t-shirt. It was so amazing, though it was an unplanned purchase, but I did this so I could stop procrastination.

Finally I returned home broke and happy, verification of post began, so I took a little bit of coffee to keep myself awake, I am so glad you read me to the end... Much love from this end...
