Many institutions have been established in Cox's Bazar, focusing on tourism. Apart from many hotels built by private enterprises and motels created by Bangladesh Tourism Center, there are twenty-five-star hotels near the beach. Besides, there is an oyster market for tourists. The Burmese market has been developed along the border with exotic goods from Myanmar (formerly known as Burma), Thailand, China, etc. There is the only fish aquarium in the country. It includes Parasailing, Water Biking, Beach Biking, Cox Carnival Circus Show, and Darya Nagar Adinath Mandir.
