Steemit Engagement Challenge S9-W3| "Kindness that changed my life"

Kindness has positive effects in our lives. We will talk about some of them in this nice article, which is part of a competition organized by STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE community within the framework of the third week of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9. Nice reading!

What was the act of kindness that impacted your life? Describe the situation

On my way back home, as it is the case every day, the same usual route, a road that I memorize with its lines, signs and buildings.. so I take it while thinking about what I will cook today? And sometimes I run away in the face of that student who angered me in my work, and at other times I am in that exercise that I put forward and I did not answer it in the best way!! Sometimes I even get home and I don't remember how I turned the car I'm driving.. I don't know how I grabbed the steering wheel and I don't remember how many times I put those brakes on.. -My subconscious mind must have done all that-

However, without warning or planning this time, I decided to change my path and take a completely different path that leads to the house, but it is farther away, and more rural than that usual path!! The reason is that I was listening to a long song that I love, and it seems that I got along, or as it is said, "I got into the mood," so I decided to go the longer way just so that I could listen to that song one, two, and three times!!

During my return and harmony, I saw from afar an animal lying on the side of the road that I could not identify its features at first, but when I approached, I knew that it was a panting dog!! In this hot weather and under the flames of the sun's rays, and in a road that is almost empty of people!!

I quickly opened my car, looking for a bottle of water that could save that thirsty dog.. Thank God, I found enough and more.

As for the strange thing about all of this, I usually never keep water bottles in my car, because their sound annoys me while the vehicle is in motion.. But what happened is that only one week before that, I had read information, which is that water bottles absorb the heat of the sun, and thus reduce the heat inside the vehicle, and research About relieving the stings of those hot leather mattresses :) I placed a bottle at every window, and glory be to God, those bottles were a reason to save a dog in a semi-empty area!!

What were the emotions you were feeling at that time?

Here, my friends, wisdom is evident.. So who made me read that news and take that path just to be a reason for a dog’s sustenance and survival!! He is able, Glory be to Him, to provide for me, save me, and protect me from where I do not count, whatever it is and wherever it is.

And after that, and I, by God, fully rely on God, I do the reasons and surrender my affairs to Him without hesitation, or doubt.. Praise be to God alone, He has only destined me for good.

How did that act impact you? (Financially, emotionally, etc.)

I knew with full certainty, beyond any doubt, that the Creator is God, that the Provider is God, that the Giver of Life is God, and that the Deadly One is God, and that He is in control of all matters, and thus you will block Satan from all the outlets through which he can penetrate you, because one of his corrupt goals and endeavors is to try to make people question their Lord. In their belief, belief for man is like the foundation of the building. If it is strong and solid, then he will be a strong person.

What are the lessons you learned from that incident? Did it change your perspective on kindness and the way you treat others?

Each of us goes through problems in his life looking for a solution, and the most important thing that a person should put in his mind while thinking about a solution to his problem is to seek the help of God Almighty, to help him remove the problems and hardships he is going through in life. At the same time, he trusts in God to seek a solution to the problem.

Relying on God does not mean that a person relies and is lazy to take the reasons that lead to solving the problem, but he has to strive and do what he can, so that God will help him solve his problem.

And relying on God Almighty, means trusting in Him and that He is capable of everything, and that there is no power above His power, and therefore man resorts to supplication seeking help from Him, the Almighty.

Did you manage to pass it forward by showing kindness to others? How?

Our tongues pronounce hundreds of words and phrases every day, and then perhaps none of us will pay attention to what his words did to the souls of those who heard them.

Did you make anyone's heart sad?
Did you revive hope in someone's chest??

For this reason, all religions recommend that people watch their words and point out the importance of the “good word.” The Qur’an likens it to a tree whose branches extend up to the sky, in reference to the great impact of our words and their reach beyond what we think in the souls of those around us.

Being kind to others indicates psychological balance and inner peace that a person lives and then reflects on the outside in word and deed. Therefore, we find that homes that enjoy stability come out to society from gentle and affable individuals, and only gentle words come out of their mouths.

Our homes are the first nucleus through which we can inculcate in our children what we want of values and principles, hence the importance of urging and encouraging young people to observe kindness to those around them, whether in the vicinity of the home, including siblings, or at school with their peers. Whoever grows up on something becomes a young man, and there is no doubt that the people who make those around them happy with their kind words have grown up in the care of parents who have strengthened this wonderful value.
