Steemit Engagement Challenge S5-W6 | The end... My experience with Corona - My personal experience, and what did I learn from the experience?

I hope all is well and you are in good health and still motivated to participate in many challenge competitions.

Today I will participate again in a contest of STEEM BETTERLIFE which have the title of the contest is Steemit Engagement Challenge S5-W6 | THE END..., which gives us a free space to express ourselves in publications in the form of a story, a poem, a song, My Diary Game, my box in 10 photos, etc. For my case I will associate THE END for my experience with the Corona that I have lived since the summer before last. I wish you a good reading.

When my wife informed me that my laboratory test for the Corona virus was "positive", I looked at her with deep love, but I was not disturbed or frightened. This is not courage on my part, as I, like others, love life and hate death. Rather, it is part of my nature that makes me appear normal during personal and family crises. However, I began to think about what is happening to me, and also about what I must do in order not to give in easily to him, despite my belief that life is in the hands of God.

There are defining moments in our lives that we are not aware of when they suddenly come upon us. A state of tranquility descends on us, and it seems to us that we are standing behind a high cloud, contemplating this vast universe, and looking forward to a mysterious future. What my wife told me is nothing but a ticket on a journey that may end in death.

My memory went back to the beginnings of talking about this virus. I have been following its news since the Chinese authorities revealed it. At that time, I wondered to myself: Could this damned virus penetrate the atmosphere and oceans? In order to search for me among the alleys and corridors of the Tunisian capital, in order to target me and break into my house until it reaches my inner fortress?

This is exactly what happened. The doctor made me aware of something I already knew: "There is no medicine." I then realized that the battle would be asymmetrical. Nevertheless, I had the certainty that my weapon was my faith in God first, and secondly my physical capabilities, which I thought were weak, so my body showed a strange energy hidden in it. I also discovered in my wife a terrible fighting power, as although she could be vulnerable to infection, she proved great confidence in herself, and set out to prepare stimulating and exciting types of natural juices and beneficial healthy foods. She also enlisted to make the house cleaner, safer, more loving and hopeful in life.

I began to feel a slight headache, heaviness in the head, and slight shortness of breath, and on the second day I began to feel fatigue and discomfort in my body in general, and the headache began to intensify day after day, and on the fourth day, severe pain began in the middle of the back to the point that I used to wake up from sleep at night with back pain, and I was every day I eat garlic and lemon and lose my sense of smell and taste.

And I started taking Panadol for a headache, and I bought Voltaren injections, and every day I injected myself with one to relieve back pain. I also needed doses of oxygen because shortness of breath required me for more than two weeks. I stayed at home for a month, but I used to go out for walks with my wife, away from people.

I can claim that I and my family have overcome this secret "monster" that is not seen by the naked eye, and which still penetrates the walls of countries and raises terror among the peoples of the world, whether rich or poor besieged by hunger and diseases, advanced ones as well as those who still face illiteracy and weak scientific expertise.

We may lose some of our loved ones, as there is no war without losses and no battle without victims, but in all cases life triumphs over death, and survival precedes and dominates annihilation. That is the will of God, which broadcast in his creation. This is not a matter of propaganda or claim, but today it is confirmed by realistic numbers, as more than 95 percent of those infected with this pandemic have recovered and reintegrated into their family and professional environment.

The sufferer fears the stigmatization that some rush to practice against him without thinking or awareness. There are samples of people who do not deal well with exceptional situations and cases, which is why they cause others great embarrassment, and issue strange judgments on them in order to isolate them and discriminate against them and their families and children. That is the height of ignorance and stupidity. By this, they not only transgress morals and values, but also forget that this pandemic and others do not discriminate between people, and that what happened to your neighbor can be transmitted to you after your neighbor has recovered and returned to become a "normal person".

َAt THE END...What I personally felt in this personal experience is that the family, no matter how weak it is, remains the stronghold for everyone who turns to it when the epidemic infiltrates them.

He who turns around in those difficult moments does not find either a watchful mother or a wife ready to defend him with all her soul and strength, and does not find sons and daughters circumambulating around him as if they were stars illuminating his sky.

After that comes the loyal friends whose number has decreased and has become a rare currency, or who love you for who you are, wishing you well even if they disagree with you in an idea or choice. The dangers of a shortage in the sources of love are no less important for a Corona patient than entrapment in oxygen levels. Both are dangerous indicators of declining hope in life and survival.
