Help Nigeria STEEM Solar PV Project Development Budget Deficit

Fluctuations in the value of BTC against the USD directly impact STEEM and Steem Dollar, this has implications for the realization of a number of projects carried out by World Smile Project Int in general and the World Smile Project representing countries such as Nigeria, South Africa and Venezuela.
Seeing this condition, I, as the World Smile Project Int Manager, consider this a risk of project implementation in a timely manner in accordance with the established Implementation Plan.
We from World Smile Project Int have formulated the risk management of an ongoing project and for now the effect of price fluctuations is the main obstacle in its implementation.
A series of efforts that can be made to accelerate the increase in cash from the World Smile Project Int and country representatives can be carried out, including:
- Continue to make appeals and ask for support from donors for the budget deficit that occurs.
- Increasing Share Rewards
- Release as many posts as possible with the aim of reducing the budget deficit.
- Utilization of Reserve Funds if possible which is carried out in Team discussions. The percentage of budget sharing will be determined according to the ability and availability of cash.
If you look at Smile Nigeria Financial Report update on January 2, 2023, the cash in the form of steem is 945,828 Steem, and the remaining 6,156,804 is in the form of Steem Power. By looking at the needs and availability of the existing budget, intense support is needed so that it can accelerate the implementation of this Solar PV project.
In response to this, I and @ubongudofot and the team are trying to push for an increase in cash to realize this project as soon as possible.
As the Int Manager of the World Smile Project, I hope that donors can push to cover the budget shortfall through a 25% share prize using the tagging #solarsteem25pc.
Hopefully the steemit team can support and respond to the budget deficit for the needs of this project through curation if possible.

What other projects is World Smile running currently apart from the solar project in Nigeria?
World Smile activities appear to have stopped in most countries at the moment.
World Smile Project has large liquid reserves - 2,376 STEEM and 227 SBD.
What are the plans for these reserves?

The World Smile Project South Africa is currently raising funds for Digital Whiteboards, until now this has not accommodated the need to make it happen, Venezuela also has a support program for Free Learning, currently mariana4ve is not active due to busy schedules.
World Smile Project Int does have liquid Steem and SBD reserves, considering the current price fluctuations we are not running the program at this time, moreover the needs of the program being run are not met from the existing reserve funds.
Together with other Teams, we discussed the next program regarding Library Infrastructure in Bireuen District, but the funds available were insufficient. Other programs are planned in the form of health education support in several schools, hygiene promotion activities and practices, but these activities require coordination with health units in several sub-districts and permission from the Health Office.
The end of 2022 from October to December, was a busy time for us as the WSP Team, real world work took up a lot of our time, this is a dynamic for the team to continue the project at that time, we hope, the project being implemented can provide benefits and its implementation continues to be monitored by the team.

En Venezuela no es necesario un permiso de salud para este tipo de actividades, porque todos los centros de salud como "ambulatorios asistenciales" están abiertos a las donaciones y actividades financiadas por otras instituciones
Específicamente en Ciudad Bolívar (donde vivo) hay un montón de Steemians que estarían dispuestos a ayudar con respecto a la organización
Además, hace poco en mi Comunidad (especificamente donde estoy haciendo mi servicio comunitario) una institución privada realizó una jornada de despistaje de PSA (Antígeno Prostático) donde asistió un número considerable de hombres a realizarse la prueba.
Personas capacitadas fueron las que realizaron las pruebas de sangre, ¿no sería buena idea unirse a las actividades de servicio comunitario junto a los estudiantes de medicina y Bioanálisis en Venezuela?
Sería una forma potencial de promocionar a Steemit dentro de la comunidad estudiantil.
