Create the Steemit Platform as a Comfortable Home for Newcomers: Show Your Contribution to Them - Season 2

Hi all...

As a regular contest organizer, now I want to encourage the growth of platform users through active interaction with newcomers. It's interesting to continue to serve as a culture for platform users.

There, the active contribution of users to support newcomers in completing each achievement is an important point for holding this contest. I, who has a background as a Greater Helper, see that many new users don't understand the concept of each Achievement that must be completed properly, referring to the guidelines that have been published in the Newcomers Community.

Through this contest, I hope that new users will be more comfortable in completing tasks perfectly and be ready to become true steemians by continuing to increase the strength of their accounts through power-ups and continue to promote steemit as an ideal platform for channelling ideas and hobbies.

I remember my previous experience in 2016 when I first joined the steemit platform, at that time usage in Indonesia could be counted on my fingers, I didn't get much information, considering that seniority was a barrier to growth.

As Steem Representative I will change the paradigm, try as much as possible according to the capacity I have, that steemit is their home, and I and anyone care about the presence of Newcomers as guests who should be welcomed kindly with all the facilities and capacities that owned.

I believe this method will change the existing situation, new users will continue to grow with the welcome and guidance they should get. It is not easy to be independent on the platform without knowledge, but our concern as fellow users will mean a lot to them as new users and the growth of the platform going forward.

1. Provide guidance to newcomers in completing Achievement 1 to review.
2. Guidance can be done through the comments column, it is hoped that contest participants can guide well.
3. Build effective communication with steemians.
4. Activities/interactions with newcomers can be used as a reference in writing this competition:
   • What have been mentored and how many newcomers
   • What are the obstacles encountered
   • Input what is given
5. Prove every activity carried out with screenshots and explain each uploaded screenshot.

3. Write Title: "My Contribution in Guiding Newcomers".
4. You must use the tag #helpnewcomers, and #steemexclusive, among your 4 tags
5. To encourage community and charity growth, it is hoped that they can support @worldsmile or @steembetterlife in the form of a 10% share reward.
6. Post in Community Steem for Betterlife Community
7. Put your post link in the comments column of this post
8. Become a member of Steem for Betterlife.
9. It has been verified on Newcomers Community by pasting the Achievement 1 link at the end of the post.

The best contestant will get Until 30 Steem Power, Booming Support (conditioned and if eligible for support eligibility)
