RE: Jealousy is not the quality of a professional
Jealousy is an emotion that can be felt at any time, but the problem is when it becomes a habit, or when it gets out of proportion, it becomes an energy that wears down and corrodes the well-being of the person and those around them, because A jealous person is as if blinded, he cannot think properly except what he thinks he wants or what is convenient for him.
You're right, a happy and satisfied person does not feel jealous.
I think that if at any time we feel jealous, we should reflect and observe ourselves, what is causing that discomfort, and find a way for ourselves to compensate for it.
That is why someone with good self-esteem is not jealous, and even less envious.
The best remedy for jealousy is to cultivate self-love, self-esteem.🙂
That's why I feel there is a difference between envy and jealousy. Envy could encourage a person to do better while jealousy would ruin all his good deeds and he would do anything he would never do otherwise in his right senses. I experienced something the day before that made me do this post. Thanks for your wise words.
