Steemit Engagement Challenge S3-W4: The Role of the Various Genders”
Introduction
We are now in last week of season3 engagement Challenge. It is my pleasure to participate in this Contest organized in steemfor better life. This contest is about the role of various Genders, how they viewed in different countries and the role they play in everyday life.
Does gender play a role in our everyday life?
The truth is that, gender refers to a Man, a Woman, a Boy and a Girl and their different characters. It also affects there relationship and what they can do. When it comes to what esch gender can do, it is different from one social to another and it can be change. That is to say that, what a particular gender is doing in Nigeria may be different from what that gender in another country can do.
To answer the question is a gender plays a role in every day life. I will say yes. All are needed for a successful business, happy family and in again the qay each gender dress is quite different from another and it contributes to the beauty we see around us.
For example, the way they dress. There some clothes made for women, Girls, Men and Boys. When you see the dressing, you can easily identify him or her. In some places, Men generally known as the strongest, the one to protect and to provide. While women are expected to be kind, polite and accomodating. All this shows that all genders play an important role in our daily lives.
2Diffrent genders
Look at this picture very well. Though i wore Cap and t-shirt. You can easily identify a feminine and a masculine. So even creation separated each gender. The way they look, apear, talk, feel, make decision and every other thing is quite different.
Does the role or function in your country differ from gender to gender?
Well when it comes to feminine gender, they are to do domestic work in the house. Care for children and raise children. They are the one to go to the market. Some were not allowed to work for salary no matter their education. Some are treated like Queen while others are tread like slave depending on their culture. While masculine is known to provide food, shelter and financial surport in all areas in the family.He is also the head of the family.
The decision maker. The bread winner of the house. The president of the country. The Governor of the state, the local government chairman, the head in the department.His decision stands both in the house and outside the house. In some cases, the feminine gender do not say a word in the public where masculine gender is.
Is it the same for other countries?
It is the same in my country Nigeria. Feminine are treated with low respect than masculine gender. In some culture, they have rules that affects only feminine gender to restrict them from participating in some cultures or even eat some meat. Some masculine can easily slap them or beat them up because they believe that they are inferior.
I can boldly say that, there is no gender equality in Nigeria and so many other countries. I have another example for that. Check the record of feminine gender been raped every year to masculine gender, you will know that feminine have not been treated fairly in so many countries. 2019 statistics showed that 406,970 women were raped or sexually assaulted while the corresponding number for men was 52,336.3. You can see the difference between th number. Feminine are toping with 354,631.7😭. The number is alarming to show you that feminine gender is treated as Inferior creation.
How does steemit treat genders?
It is this last question that moved me to participate in this Contest. There is gender equality on steemit. Infact, if steemit is to be different count6 in the world. Half of countries president and leaders would have been women. Steemit do not look at at your gender but at your performance. They treat both genders like one and this is more reason we have peace in this platform.
Steemit values all members of its Community no matter where they come from. They respect everyone in the community and assign honor to the leaders of each Community as well. Steemit treats both old and new Steemiains equally. So i mark steemit very ✅ on that.

female should be-treated with much love and care , because they are are our mothers and they are the people who bought us into this earth and their duty is not to be cooking and taking care of the children but the male should also involve them with everything their are doing and thank you for sharing with us and I wish you all the best in these contests.

I really enjoyed reading your article. I really feel bad when women are being looked down upon as inferior or of less importance. That is actually wrong. Unfortunately, it seems to be a global issue. No wonder gender equality is always being talked about. I really wish that woman of all ages or background will receive the same high regard bestowed upon men.

Inferiority complex is prevalent here in Nigeria
Where I come from, women do not really have a share in their father's property
